My question will probably seem to be very elementary. I am modeling a small dam in a subdivision that lines the creek below the dam. This creek then flows into a 10 acre floodplain with a roadway and culvert that forms a dam under high flows. How do I enter the cross sections below the dam in the creek section? When entering the section under the reach node, the input requires the length, invert, and outlet. The section is not typical of the creek, only at that station in the creek. I have modeled these before by using constrictions in the channel as the outlet of a pond and developed a storage curve for the creek bed between sections. The present scenario has a greater slope of the creek that would require many more sections. I would appreciate any assistance on this.
