What is the space used for? It doesn't look like a dining room for the royal family. Why do you want to repair it? It appears adequate to walk on.

What is the white substance coating the left half of the slab? Will there be more of the same substance coating the surface after completing the repair?

Dig into the question a little deeper; provide more information.

The picture and damage is not clear to comment ..
My approach would be to speak with epoxy grout manufacturers , one of the product would be sikadur 12.

I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure..It is: Try to please everybody.

Based on the photo, it looks like a previous topping or repair is delaminating. Sika would be my first go-to if I were to provide another repair. Call them and ask for their product recommendation. Another option may be to go a little heavier and provide say a 4" thick reinforced topping bonded and/or doweled to the slab.

The first step is to find out what chemicals are in or on the slab. Repair won't help if chemical attack continues.
