Dear Shahroze Mustafa,

For any boiler, there is one operating manual and another design / maintenance manual.

Isolating damper? Regulating damper? Bypass damper? Centrifugal fan inlet suction damper for forced or induced draft fans?

Addition via Edit: Fuel type? If for induced draft, coal? How corrosive is the flue gas? Does it contain fly ash at the point where the dampers are to go? What is the temperature of the flue gas?

Will the dampers be working in concert with other devices such as VFDs?

More information yields better answers...

Dear crshears,

The damper is for the Induced draft and uses to regulate the flow

What else can you tell me???

Edit:

I've waited a while and you've provided no further information, so I won't either.

Dear crshears,

Sorry, I have no more information. All I assigned a task is to design a Damper.

That being the case, whoever assigned you the task is the person to provide you with all relevant information...and you would be delinquent not to actively seek it out.

I'm done.
