I am going through off road machinery engine configuration and for flywheel it says that, flywheel for Dana spicer 13-15-17, with SAE3 housing?
I did search online about 'dana spicer 13-15-17' configuration, but couldn't find what does it mean.
Can anyone tell me what does these numbers are?
How does, 13-15-17, is related to flyhwheel and transmission?

Thanks

13-15-17 refers to the BCD of the bolts that connect the flexplates on the converter to the flywheel on the engine (13", 15", 17").
Need to check on the engine flywheel what dimensions you have then specify that when ordering.
If you're working directly with Dana or through a distributor, either one should be able to help you with that selection.
