Hi there,

I have recently came across "uptimeinstitute.com' website. Whilst I was there I read an article on Tier Classification literature where they discuss typical availability percentage for en electrical installation. I was wondering if there is anyone who familiar with the literature on how to calculate those percentage availabilities.
