Datasheet preparation for integrated manifold double block and bleed valve

in a project were integrated DBB valves with 2 ball block valves and a needle bleed, is a special item. In preparing datasheet for vendor requisition, do I need to specify materials for various trim parts or should I only describe fluid properties and flow characteristics allow it to be by manufacturer's choice.

A typical valve data sheet will give you information pertaining to the valve design and materials. The design section may show the operating data, valve type/sub-type, pressure class, size, end connections, operator type, design standard, etc. On the other hand, materials section may show your material requirements for the body, stem, seat, gate, bolting, gaskets, internal lining, sour service (Y/N), etc. In short, you need to supply the vendor your full requirements.
