When we perform a DC power flow, all bus angles are obtained. Then we can calculate line power flows. Then I would also like to calculate the real power injected by the reference (Slack) bus to the grid since we have not specified any power to this bus to begin with.
However, the power obtained for the slack bus does not equal the negative sum of other bus powers.
I have checked this issue in different books and pamphlets. However, all of them have obtained a power for the reference bus that does not match the total power injected by the other buses in the system.
I wonder why this is so.
Thanks in advance
