Hi
Whether deaerator of a power plant is a pressure part or not?
If so, whether ASME recognizes it ? In the code jurisdiction diagram given, it is not clear whether it needs to be considered in boiler proper or not?
What are the general standards to which deaerators are made, if not ASME?
In case of integral-deaerator design (usually in HRSG) , where LP drum acts as deaerator tank, how code jurisdiction is envisaged?
Or if deaerator tank is kept on top of LP drum and connected using pipes, how the code jurisdiction will be envisaged?
Kindly reply
