Dear engineers
We have abb acs1000 water cooled drive.its AMC board failed.we fixed new AMC board with old memory card.
We were able to solve various errors but we stuck with error aux fan1/2.i removed both trip input at ioec card but error remains.
When I tried to upload parameter in keypad then it gave error no communication.
Does this new amc board need some type of software upgrade?or it need to purchase new memory card?

The best advice anyone here can give you is to call ABB

I guess is problem with firmware of new isntaled AMC board. The problem with spare parts for ABB regulators is that even if you have a suitable new part supplied by them someone has to match the software versions
