Dear friends I into manufacturing of D2 and DC53 thread rolling dies. Kindly guide me for heat treatment process.

I am facing issues with breaking of teeth of dies.. kindly guide me

Look up this material in the ASM Handbook, either the volume covering tool steels or the Desk Edition.
Failing that, ask your friendly local heat treat shop.
Better yet, retain a professional metallurgist familiar with tool steels.
