Can you help me : the desing of an electrical transformer Core Type L with 2 coils separeted primary voltage is 220v
The secondery has 2coils voltage(18v at 5A,220v connected at
An AC capacitor 6MF 600V).

If I understand you right, the capacitor is built into the transformer? If so I suspect it's a ferroresonant-type constant voltage transformer.

Suggestion: The capacitor may also compensate for the transformer inductance or inductive reactance in some cases to reduce the voltage drop across the transformer.
