Composite deck won't be of any use since it is intend to support wet concrete. I doubt that you will get traditional deck depth and thicknesses to work, but you may get deep cellular deck to work. How about designing a solid steel plate, precast plank, or removable wood formwork? Can it be shored from below?
Assuming a 3-span condition, I think you can accomplish 700psf + DL with 8" slab over 3" NC decking. WWF likely wont suffice though. You'll probably need (2) layers of #4 bars @ 12".
And you'll have some very heavy steel below depending on the spans, but thats where I'd start anyways.
There is no way to shore it from below. it is 127' up with nothing underneath. This is the slab of a water pedestal We are pouring a 4'-6" thick slab up there to support a large water tank. we have beams underneath the slab. So basically this decking will only support that slab until it cures. I think i am going with formdeck with rebar
You could use a deck with limited height concrete slab (at a thickness the deck could support) and then come back later and add additional concrete to the 4'-6" thickness you need.
You might have to tie the two layers of slab together with vertical ties of some sort if you need the two layers to work as one.
