Default MathCad program problem

I have the new MathCad 14 and an older version (2000). I installed the newer version without removing the old one. When I open a MathCad file, it openes with the old version. I then right click on the file and select open with. The new MathCad program is not shown in the suggested list. I then browse and find the 14 version and select it. Windows still doesnt recognize the new MathCad and openes the file with the old version.

Any tips?

The general rule for things like this is repair or reinstall. There's no stated guarantee that M14 will work correctly with M2000
