defining crosshead speed

hi everyone, I want to ask how we can define the crosshead speed in the case of simulation of tensile test (under à constant crosshead speed).

I'm not sure about that but firstly I would define the suface where i supose it is running to an expecific speed and after that i would define the speed (Load > Boundary condition manager > create > displazament/rotation )
