Hi Everyone,

I am looking for your advice with regard to the calculation I am currently doing to find the remaining life of dehydrator bed.

Parameters:
Inlet water concentration: 50 PPMV
Target Outlet Water concentration: 0 PPMV
Inlet Fluid Flow: 30 m3/h
Operating Pressure of the vessel: 16.7 barg
Operating Temperature of the vessel: 28.3 degC

Fluid Composition (Mass Fraction):
Methane = 0.16
Ethane = 0.8
Propane = 98.5
i-Butane = 0.38
n-Butane = 0.08
Nitrogen = 0.04
H2O = 0.04

Can you please give some references or feedback how to determine the bed life for a dehydrator column? Or any insight into mass transfer zone calculation I can use for this calculation?

Thank You,
Mitu
