Deleteing extra lines

In NX2, I have a view that is imported geometry. The tangent lines are shown, I want to keep some, but delete others. Is this possible?

Yes, what you want is a view dependent edit. Edit -> View -> View dependent edit... From here choose which view to edit and it will allow you to delete, add, or edit objects in that view only.

View dependent editing (Edit -> View -> View Dependent Edit) will allow you select which geometry you wish to show, erase or edit.

It's pretty straight forward, so you can either play around with it or search the documentation for details on how it works.
