Deleting Projects or library item

Is there a way with admin rights to clean up library items in the TDM? We had a few items created with improper project numbers and have moved data to the proper library and would like to delete these empty libraries but don't seem to have the option to do this once it is created.

Sorry disregard we found the anwser to this under Management-Project configuration and than delete project under the "actions" tab.
