Density of cast iron

We have a partial specification of cast iron BLS21??? and are trying to establish the density of the material for dynamic balance correction purposes.

This formula is per H.T. Angus published in his book "Cast Irons Physical and Engineering Properties"
 
here is the old fashion english version
0.256 LB per cubic inch ave.
 
Please advise the comparisons between BSEN 275 J2G3 and BSEN 275 JR. Thanks.
