Department(retail) store requirements

Hi,
A Department store of 5100 m2 total building area. Do this store require a sprinkler system and Hose inside.
If so In which hazard it will come? What should be the hose size/Class and what should be the gpm required for inside hose and duration hour if the system is pumped from a tank and the supply to the tank is from city main.

Mercantile Group M Occupancy - as per IBC
Mercantile Occupancy - as per NFPA-101
Requirement of fire protection system shall be purely subject to your AHJ requirement.
