Design ESAL

I'm working on a rigid pavement design. The only data I have is AADT, which is 10000.
How do we design ESAL (W18) with the available data?

Thank you bridgebuster for your info. According to my computation, the thickness of the rigid pavement is about 6.5".
What is the considerate rigid pavement thickness for a collectoral road?
