Design Guide for flush bolted end plate beam moment connection

AISC has a design guide (no. 4) for extended end plate bolted moment connection, but I need some kind of guide to design moment connections but using flush end plate, is any document out there for this? Static load connections.

I believe there is a detailed, worked example of that in the latest edition of Salmon & Johnson's "Steel Structures - Design and Behavior"
