Somebody please tell me the maximum possible pressure ratio achievable by a centrifugal blower at minimum flow rate and lowest possible RPM.

Thanks a lot for your answers. In fact I read somewhere that the pressure ratio of a blower increases as the flow rate is decreased. But as far as I know, higher flow rate should give higher pressure rise at the same RPM. So, I am a bit confused regarding this. I think the blower gives higher pressure rise at lower flow rates once it has been designed due to the throttling effect, but the moment we are in the design phase, the pressure rise should increase with increase in flow rate. Please correct me wherever I am wrong.
