Recently met US design of concrete structures, but with reference to the design of concrete structures by arthur H.Nilson, but not based on design, and there is no general design steps. Because it is self-learning, so I hope we can recommend some books on design of concrete structures.

Salmon is a good book. I use MacGregor and White's Reinforced Concrete Mechanics and Design.
