Design of mold for horizontal centrifugal casting

I read about centrifugal casting in ASM handbook.However, I cannot find enough information about design consideration for mold of horizontal centrifugal casting. I have no idea about mold thickness and mold material depending on the material of pipe, the consideration of any slope (conical surface) to exit the pipe form the mold after the solidification and control of solidification rate. Can you recommend a textbook or paper or software about design consideration for mold of horizontal centrifugal casting.
