Design Program(s) for elliptical, dome and other type tank heads

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has a program to design segmented tank heads such as elliptical, dome, spheres, spheroids.

I have several excel spreadsheets for the above but they require the transfer of information to Auto Cad or similiar to develop a drawing and a cut file for CNC cutting table.

I have a program that was written that takes 5 simple inputs and designs and provides an AutoCad drawing for a flared cone as well as the cut file for our cutting table.

Would appreciate hearing from anyone willing to share. Also looking for someone that can take the Excel programs and convert to programs that will do the Auto Cad drwg. as well as the cut file.
