Design Review Software?

I was curious if any of you know of good commercial design review software that is used to markup/review cad drawing.

I have been testing Autodesk Design Review, but Find it a bit clumsy.

We are hoping to move towards an electronic submittal and review process for engineering plans, but I need software that is flexible and compatible with more than just autocad.

Perhaps Bentley Redline or Adobe Acrobat? Both have markup tools. How well they will blend with your workflow is your call.
