Design with Base Isolation of Concrete Frame

I am designing a reinforced concrete moment resisting framed structure, with mat foundation of 5 foot thick.

Is anybody know the analysis and and design procedure for base isolated structures. Kindly suggest me any useful links, literature and software to tackle this problem.
