Is it possible to place elements from parts (for example dimensions of extrude, revolve...) in a designtable on assembly level?

To control feature dimensions on the assembly level you will need to create "dummy" sketches in the assembly. Lines or circles. Use equations to set the dimensions from your features equal to the dimensions on your sketches. This will make your part an in-context part to that assembly. Use your design table in your assembly to drive the sketch dimensions which will then drive your part dimensions.

The "dummy" sketches sldwkmin mentioned are usually referred to as Layout or Skeleton sketches. It comes down to personal preference, but geometry of parts can be directly constrained to the geometry in those sketches; equations can be used but are not necessary.
