I'm guessing Detroit Diesel corporation, or whatever they are called now. Any diesel engine workshop should be able to advise you.

Thanks for the answers, everything is logical, but there is one problem, I live in Russia and there are few opportunities to communicate with Detroit Diesel, we can't even contact the factory producing an analog, which is in Europe, I would at least find out the number from Dipaco, McBee, PowerLineComponents, Disa, Redat, yes that the same Wuzetem

Sorry for your individual difficulties, but glad to see the sanctions are having some effect.

Detroit Diesel became Tognum AG. They merged with MTU. MTU was acquired by Rolls-Royce. Roll-Royce operates under the name Kongsberg nowadays.

Lou, it’s not about sanctions, I don’t understand why you brought them in at all, I use the same Google as you, I have the same access to all foreign stores as you. The same Detroit catalogs, in the public domain, only a problem with one atomizer, from one nozzle, where it prevents me from finding out which one, not the sanctions, but the closed nature of this industry, thanks for your understanding.

Odd. What did all those companies say when you told them of your problem?

I cannot imagine that for as many diesel engines there are out there and as long as they are expected to operate that no one on the whole planet is able to give an answer about getting a part.

Partly I am confused as that doesn't look like a nozzle, it looks like an injector assembly.

What is the engine this is from?
Are you missing a part of the assembly or is it that you need a replacement assembly?
Are you looking for a replacement spray tip?

It appears you have something like: https://atldiesel.com/collections/d.../product_1966dc8f-c96c-375e-c25f-0b2cbcf62062

Nozzle is a colloquialism for the injector assembly and is commonly used by European manufacturers.

Actually, Detroit Diesel, the American Diesel Engine manufacturer, is currently a subsidiary of Daimler Truck.

So, Tug, what part is the OP looking to get?

If he is searching for the term used in Europe for a part made in the USA that might be a problem.
