Developing Pump Testing Facilities

Hi all

I am currently developing a pump test facilities to ISO Std accuracy class II. I would like to get to know someone who has experience in developing a pump testing circuits or has and is running a test facilities. Any one who is intrested in sharing their experience whould be appreciated, especially the do and don't for a test/performance facilities. Anyone who is intrested to contribute would be also appreciated.
