When i was working for an engineering company and there was dewatering soils requirements they never used recharger wells. Is it needed the recharge wells when dewatering. What is the requirement for neighboring buildings
perhaps a little more detail would help decipher your question. you do have to dispose of the water somewhere and a recharge well might have been required by the water resource authority as a condition of the dewatering permit.
Also check with the environmental authority of the area, In many areas you can't dispose of anything in the ground without a permit and you may have many a hoop to jump through before any permit is granted. I'd suspect if one is to counter drawdown effects on nearby water supply wells that the hoopes will be many if at all allowed.
