Dialog box creation in NX open

I am using "Block UI Styler" application to create dialog boxes. In this method two files "*.DLX" and "* .CS" files are required to run the tool. Is there a way to create dialog box without "*.DLX" file? If some body knows please help me? Thank you in advance.
