Hello, I am an inspector apprentice.
Our new client supplied us with a detailed engineering drawing of storage tank 1200 L inox 316L and wants its fabrication to be according to ASME.
In the drawing we use
- A nozzle composed of pipe 1/2" and other elements
- A nozzle composed of pipe 1" and other elements
A nozzle composed of pipe 2" and other elements
- Inlet lines 0.5 in, 1 in and 2 in.
According to ASME IX, page 206, tabe QW-452. 3 table:
If we prepare a wps for welder qualification, do we use the minimum diameter in order to cover other diameters?
