Comprehensive, but slightly dated:
"Slurry Walls" by Petros Xanthakos (1979) McGraw-Hill

I was in the business for a few years and the Xanthakos book is still the best. Check on Amazon.

Engineering is the art of not constructing...of doing that well with one dollar what any bungler can do well with two after a fashion.
