Has anyone information on the difference between generation power and electricity power in terms of cost?
Is there any websites available?
we have currently two diesel generators running(well) in a quarry, and we may need to change to grid power.
Any disadvantages, advantagaes to this changeover.
we are currently in debate about this.
there is a massive cost for grid power installlation and the generators are easier to move around

Suggestions:
1. The cost is fluctuating. Some estimates would have to be used only, perhaps averages.
2. To have transmission line connections are always a plus, considering the off the grid generation and their maintenance, operation and life-cycle costs.
3. There are various related postings on web. Try to surf web.
