Diffeences between CATIA v5 and v6

Does anyone know of anywhere the differences between CATIA v5 and CATIA v6 are listed...?

What is this VPM stuff all about ...? Is it new ...?
Any idea if the API's for V6 are published yet...?
Are the API's free or are they only part of a "partner program"..?

Again sorry if this was posted twice ( I lost my link when trying to post earlier... and my e-mail alert didn;t arrive so I assumed I didn't successfully post it last time)
