What is the difference between shunt trip and UVT as both trips the GCB.

One requires a positive signal to trip the breaker, the other allows for removal of signal to trip breaker.

Shunt trip is susceptible to the trip line being disconnected and not tripping, UVT isn't.

A shunt trip can receive a trip signal from a variety of external devices (51G,32R etc).

An Under Voltage Trip must be energized before the breaker may be closed and must remain energized in order for the breaker to remain closed. If the UVT loses voltage for any reason, the breaker will trip.

It means if there generates a command of GCB close, this command will trip the GCB through shunt trip coil?
