what is the difference between wrought steel and wrought iron. I know wrought iron has less than 0.08% carbon in it. Is there any carbon percentage that defines wrought steel or is it just forming process of steel.

Steel is an alloy of Fe and C, with lots of other additions. See the def above.
Wrought Iron refers to a product that has been produced with a low C and a significant amount of iron silicate and/or iron phosphate in the structure as stringers.
