Differences in the way IDEAS MS9 exports IDI-Files compared to MS8?

Hi, there.

Does anyone know the Differences in the way IDEAS MS9 exports IDI-Files compared to MS8?
We need IDI-Files for making Computer-Graphics from our CAD-Data (using IPA), but our IPA-Version doesn't take the IDI-Files MS9 exports.
Is there a Possibiltie to convert the IDI-Files.

I don't know how you export your IDI-files, but this is hoew I do it, and it works.

1- Ctrl+M
2- write \xto
3- choose "TestDPI" from the menu
4- choose "General Graphics"
5- choose "Graphics Output"
6- choose the filetype "Thumbnail IDI"
7- choos the parts you want to export

thats it, IPA should recognize the file.
I hope it works!

Thank you for your Post.
As I know now the newest version of IPA supports the IDI-Format of Ideas 9.
But because they didn't make us a good price for an IPA-Update, we have now bought Cinema 4D, and it's much better AND cheaper.
