We are planning to maintain some of the documented evidences in electronics form (Stored in oracle / sql database which can be retrieved).
Example:
Ticket reservation request is made digital. All required data can be filled in software and book the ticket.
To show the evidence as ticket booked against the request, we may show the details in computer or take print.
Do we have to make a template, provide form number, add to list of forms, list of documents, list of records for this output?
Kindly provide any reference in ISO 9001:2015
