i want to use a digital scroll compressor, but the mechanics don't like the Copeland compressors. Are there other manufacturers for digital scroll compressors than Copeland?

and which manufacturer uses them? I need a water-cooled condenser for a DX system of about 20 tons.

(and which of those manufacturers do you recommend...)

Considering that "Digital Scroll" is a Copeland trade mark, no there aren't any other manufacturers.

I dont have much knowledge of this topic, but Mitsubishi VRF systems (or any other VRF manufacturer, like Daiken, LG etc) uses a VFD scroll. Check out what type of compressors they use, and it might give you some other otpions.

From the little I know of compressors, I have heard good things about Copeland products.
