Dimension length as prior to bending

There are instances where I would like to have multiple parts that originate from the same overall length dimensions. E.g. If I had a simple shaft[as attached] that is 90mm and I have 3 configurations (not necessarily configurations in a SW sense) where one is simply straight, and two are bent at 30* and 45*).

Due to limitations in solidworks I can't just bend the parts using the flex tool--and even if I did it would not dimension properly--so instead it is a swept solid. However, short of setting up an equation to define my overall length and driving the dimensions with further equations, the total length along the axis will be driven--best case scenario maybe use an arc length if I want to directly control the part length but this unnecessarily creates a tolerance stack to the total length along the axis of the part, or forces me to divvy up the total allowable tolerance if I want to maintain the same OAL.

In my attached picture I included a manual dimension where I summed the lengths and applied a tolerance in the text of the dimension--this is obviously not ideal as it has no relation to the model whatsoever and is confusing as it appears to be a linear dimension.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a dimensioning and modeling scheme where the overall length is a driving dimension on a "bent" part? Does solidworks allow you to create a "total sketch length" that incorporates multiple segments (i.e. in this case it would be an arc and two line segments summing to 90)?

Is this a crazy question? I've run into situations where I wanted to use something like this a few times now.

You can create a length sketch, which is nothing more than a line in a sketch, the length of which is the sum of your centerline arcs and lines(equation). This dimension can drive a custom property, and could show up in a field in your drawing titleblock for instance. If you wanted to, you could draw a multi segment line, each segment being equal to the length of the corresponding sweep path segment and grab the total length of that. It's sort of the same idea without the equation summing the total, but the sum of the lines driving an overall dimension.
