dimension snap in nx4? 1

Hi,
In drafting, the dimension tent to align or snap to the previous dimensions. It is helpful. But sometime I do not want to. I try to locate the dimension very close to the previous one. I can not do it. Is there a way to turn it off. Thanks

Hold down the Ctrl key when placing your dimension.

or maybe the ALT key on my PC, best key on the keyboard, also helps when sketching especially if you do not wish to constrain to every other piece of geometry
