Hi All

I have a user who has recently started using NX9 and he has reported that when he places a diameter or radius dimension on a drawing as a boxed (basic or TED) dimension, the diameter or radius symbol get left on the outside of the box instead of being inside the box with the rest of the dimension text. I have searched long and hard but as yet I haven't found a setting to correct this. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

many thanks in advance

Si. :)

Best regards

Simon

NX 9.0.3.4 also works as expected for me.
Check to make sure that the user hasn't added the diameter symbol as appended text rather than using the "diameter symbol" option. You might also want to check what drafting standard is in use; I'm not sure, but the standard might effect the display.

got it sorted now, not sure what they did, but it seemed to fix itself
