Dimension Witness lines and leader lines are Bold

All of my dimension witness lines and leader line are all coming out bold> i have changed settings in the options window and I have changed the leader callouts. The styles will change but they always come out bold. Someone please help.

Now I have changed something. The bold dimensions only come out when printed now. Can anybody help ? They are displayed normally on the screen now ( Don't know what I changed).

Are the dims on a layer with thick line font?

The layer has a thin line font...this doesn't happen on anybody elses drawings in our group. I have also had drawings that printed fine.

For future knowledge if it helps anybody...I changed the line weight for a thin line in the plotter settings and that cured my problem. The thin line weight setting was to large.
