I did a "Fit Spline" in my 3D model for a feature and trying to create 2-D views with dimensions. I get " The selected entity could not be converted in to a line or a circular arc" error. In general I have dimensioning problem with any spline or entity converted (example : arc) into spline. I occassionally do drawings for my study, so didn't get a chance to know this. Let me know how to do this. Thanks in advance.

In the drawing, add points and/or construction lines constrained to the spline. For instance, a horizontal construction line constrained tangent to a spline can be used to dimension the height of a spline.

You can only dimension to the spline points. Where else could it attach?
