DIMSTYLE keeps resetting.

AutoCAD mechanical 2010. I define a dimstyle, set it as current, close. DIMSTYLE again, my style is current. AMPOWERDIM, it doesn't use the style, nor does DIM. I go back into dimstyle, my style is not current.

What am i doing wrong?

did you try -dimstyle --> save?
