Direct import of Catia files?

Does anyone know if you can import Catia files into Solidworks without going through a generic file like iges.

I may need to do this in the near future and would like to keep the features. I don't need a dumb model.

As far as I know, dumb models are your only option. You can always use featureworks to make the model(s) smarter.
