I don't have access to Abaqus now so I can't open your model but I will give you some advices that may help. This is rather generic error and it only indicates that contact is causing convergence problems. In order to solve this you can try the following:
- read .msg and .dat files to check if there are any other warning messages
- refine the mesh around the contact area
- make sure that master and slave surfaces are properly assigned in contact pair definitions
- enable strain-free adjustment ("Adjust only to remove initial overclosure")
- make sure that the model is properly constrained and that there are no rigid body motions caused by initial gaps (contact stabilization may also help in this case)
- in some cases moving the parts in such way that they have very small initial penetration can also help (but strain-free adjustment must be enabled for this)
- use displacement control instead of force control
- enable automatic stabilization in step settings
- try with general contact
