Displacement of a point

I'm a new ABAQUS user. I would think my situation to be quite common, but I can't find information on it.

I've modeled a part, created boundary conditions and loads. I've run an analysis, and created result windows.

I want to know the displacement of certain known points. How do I do this?

I assume I have to remesh using the known points as nodes. I also couldn't figure out how to do that.
